GlobalGAP (The Global Partnership for Good Agricultural Practices, Think Global-Act Local). This change was announced in Bangkok at the Eurepgap Asian Conference held on 6&7 th Sept 2007, keeping in view that Eurepgap is no more limited to European countries but extended to over 80 countries with over 70000 certificates worldwide.
The certification under Eurepgap based on current version 2.1 Oct 04 stops from 1 st Jan 2008 and the inspection from 1 st Jan 2008 must be carried only against New version 3.1, Nov 2009. All the customers can now expect the certificates with the new name GlobalGAP.
That was one of the reasons for ISACert B.V., to extend it's present EN 45011/ISO guide 65 Accreditation with RvA for GlobalGAP with the IFA scheme.
Our present accredited IFA scope is Fruits and Vegetables and Combinable Crops.
